Withdraw an Order at NursesDNA
Use this form to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal (Article 6:230o et seq. of the Dutch Civil Code, implementing EU Directive 2023/2673). The right of withdrawal applies only to consumers, meaning natural persons acting outside the course of their trade, business, craft, or profession. Business customers do not have a statutory right of withdrawal; our Terms and Conditions apply to business orders.
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason. For goods, the withdrawal period starts on the day you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) receive the goods. For services, the withdrawal period starts on the day the contract is concluded.
You may also exercise your right of withdrawal by any other clear and unambiguous statement, for example by using the standard withdrawal form or by submitting your own written declaration.
After submitting this form, you will immediately receive an email confirming receipt of your withdrawal request, including the contents of your declaration and the date and time it was received. This confirmation only acknowledges receipt of your withdrawal request and does not constitute acceptance or confirmation of its legal validity.
We will reimburse all payments received from you within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal request. However, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned them, whichever occurs first.
Please note: Orders containing personalised or custom-made products cannot be cancelled, withdrawn, or returned.
